The SEC is the best conference in college football annually, and it should improve in 2024 following the additions of Texas and Oklahoma. Sixteen programs are now contending for SEC Championship glory. The conference is littered with premium offensive talents.

With SEC media days in Dallas running Monday through Thursday (July 15-18), we've identified the 10 offensive prospects with the most upside to produce this campaign. Several future first-round picks are present.

Carson Beck, QB, Georgia

Georgia Bulldogs quarterback Carson Beck is my early favorite to be the first signal-caller drafted in 2025. Beck is a legitimate pocket passer with high-level accuracy, ball placement, and processing speed. He appears primed for a breakout season after completing 72.4% of his passes last season en route to throwing 24 touchdowns in his first campaign as a starter in 2023.

Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas

Kelvin Banks Jr. is a premium offensive tackle prospect. The Texas Longhorns standout possesses the high-level physical tools required to eventually develop into a franchise tackle at the next level. Banks has been credited with allowing just two sacks across two completed seasons.

Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri

Luther Burden III absolutely exploded in 2023, recording 86 receptions for 1,212 yards and nine touchdowns. Burden, who averaged 14.1 yards per catch, is arguably the most explosive overall player in college football. He's a dominant slot receiver that makes defenders miss in the open field.

Quinn Ewers, QB, Texas

Quinn Ewers will be one of college football's most talented and experienced quarterbacks in 2024. Ewers is an accurate and poised leader who's leading the program into SEC play. He should build on last season's performance (22 touchdowns, 69% completion percentage).

Isaiah Bond, WR, Texas

Ewers' go-to receiver in 2024 will be Alabama transfer Isaiah Bond following the departures of Xavier WorthyAdonai MitchellJa'Tavion Sanders, and others. Bond could even serve as a like-for-like replacement for Worthy with elite downfield speed. The former Crimson Tide performer averaged nearly 14 yards per catch in a bad Alabama offense last season.

Will Campbell, OT, LSU

Banks' biggest competition for the OT1 title in 2025 will be LSU's Will Campbell. Size, strength, and power are at the forefront of Campbell's makeup. The Tigers’ blindside protector has an all-around skill set as an expert in pass protection who also plays with a physical temperament in run blocking.

Emery Jones, OT, LSU

Emery Jones helps Campbell form the best offensive tackle duo in all of college football as LSU's right tackle. They've been on the field together for 1,482 snaps as a tandem across the previous two campaigns. Jones' athletic profile and rugged mindset may be better suited to the interior at the next level, but he's a high-end NFL prospect either way.

Tre Harris, WR, Ole Miss

Tre Harris is a big-bodied boundary playmaker with "X" receiver tendencies. He began his career at Louisiana Tech and enjoyed a breakout campaign there in 2022 with 10 touchdown catches. This past season, Harris recorded 54 receptions for 985 yards and eight touchdowns at Ole Miss. He's one of college football's best returning receivers.

Tyler Booker, G, Alabama

Tyler Booker claimed Alabama's starting left guard gig last fall after rotating in at both guard positions in 2022. He allowed just four pressures last season en route to earning first-team All-SEC honors. Booker is a hard-nosed physical blocker with a no-nonsense approach.

Conner Weigman, QB, Texas A&M

Texas A&M quarterback Conner Weigman is the biggest wild card in the potential 2025 QB class. Weigman appeared in just four contests last season before suffering a season-ending foot injury. The Cypress, Texas native flashed high-level ability with eight touchdown passes and two rushing scores. He could force his way into the first-round conversation with a breakout showing.
