Arkansas interior offensive lineman Beaux Limmer is among the most experienced pro-ready prospects in the 2024 NFL Draft. Limmer appeared in 49 career games for the Razorbacks while earning starts at multiple positions. That versatility will endear Limmer to NFL teams on draft weekend.

Limmer recently spoke exclusively with The Draft Network. Limmer discussed his elite performance at the NFL Combine, playing multiple positions, which teams are showing interest in his services, and more.

JM: You absolutely crushed the NFL Combine. You leaped a 36.5-inch vertical and 9-foot-2 broad which are elite results. You also ran a very good 5.22 40 with an excellent 1.75 10-yard split. The 3-cone (7.47) and shuttle (4.57) times were outstanding as well. You were by far one of the most athletic offensive linemen in attendance. How would you grade your overall performance?

Beaux Limmer: I thought I did very well. I was pleased with my results. The only thing I wish I had back was my shuttle times. They were a little slower than I was expecting based on my results in training. I have achieved better times in recent memory.

Every other result was the expected one for me. I am very blessed to have performed at a high level. I put my best foot forward at the NFL Combine. I was pleased with the final outcome.

JM: Have you noticed an uptick in attention you’re receiving since then?

Beaux Limmer: Yeah, my Twitter mentions seem to be a bit busier (laughs). Arkansas’ official Twitter account posted some of the numbers and highlights. I believe they posted my bench press and vertical jump.

Some of that stuff got a lot of attention on social media, on both Twitter and Instagram. Jim Nagy from the Senior Bowl put out a few clips on Twitter as well. The attention I’m receiving has definitely picked up since the combine and Pro Day. It’s been fun.

JM: That’s awesome. You’ve played a lot of center and guard throughout your career, but you spent your final 2023 season at center. Is that where you see yourself playing at the next level?

Beaux Limmer: I can see myself playing any of the three interior positions. I have more experience at guard and I think I’m a guard at heart, an elite guard at that. I had to play center this past season because that’s what Arkansas needed me to do.

I proved that I can be a really good center if needed. I have three years of elite guard tape though.

JM: That’s a fair point. Do you see yourself playing in a gap/power scheme, or in more of a zone-based offense?

Beaux Limmer: We ran both schemes at Arkansas throughout my five seasons. We ran a ton of zone-based stuff. That’s probably what I’m most comfortable doing. We also ran a bunch of gap scheme stuff as well. I feel like I can thrive in either system.

JM: That versatility is great. Is athleticism at the forefront of your skill set? The NFL Combine results indicate that. What about physicality?

Beaux Limmer: I think my film shows that I’m a physical player. I played five seasons in the SEC. I’m a four-year starter. I’ve gone against the best, most physical players in college football, in the best conference in all of college football. I had a lot of success in the SEC.

I showcased how explosive and how strong I am at the NFL Combine. I also think you can identify that on tape. I’m a very physical player.

JM: There’s no doubt about that. What’s your favorite play to run in the playbook and why?

Beaux Limmer: I like inside zone the most. I love that you can get some combo blocks in and create a ton of movement against the defensive line. Inside zone was probably our bread and butter at Arkansas for the last few years, especially when we had guys like Ricky Stromberg and Dalton Wagner playing next to me.

It was super easy to create movement with those two guys, two guys that have developed into great NFL players. We had a lot of success running that at Arkansas. We did it very well.

JM: You guys were special upfront. With the NFL Combine now in our rearview mirror, do you have any upcoming Top 30 visits or virtual meetings?

Beaux Limmer: I’ve done a few Zoom calls. I met virtually with the Giants, Texans, 49ers, and Jets. I have a few more coming up.

JM: There’s a lot of interest in you and it’s easy to see why. We’ve appreciated your time. What kind of impact is Beaux Limmer going to make at the next level?

Beaux Limmer: I’ve shown teams how physical and strong I am throughout this pre-draft process. I’m not the heaviest dude in the draft by any means. I think I make up for that with terrific strength.

You saw that on the big stage at the NFL Combine, especially in the bench press. If you watch my film, you’ll see me moving the biggest defensive linemen off the ball in the SEC. That was no joke.

I bring physicality to the table. I also have a ton of football knowledge. I understand the game at a high level. I can spot different things pre-snap and help make the checks and calls.
