The Washington Commanders agreed to terms with 11 undrafted free agents after the 2024 NFL Draft. Former Georgia wide receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint is among the standouts. Rosemy-Jacksaint possesses the size and athletic profile required to compete for a 53-man roster spot throughout the summer.
Rosemy-Jacksaint was a four-year contributor at Georgia, though he never developed into a focal point of the passing attack. In 2023, he recorded career-highs in receptions (34), receiving yards (535), yards per catch (15.7), and touchdowns (4). The lack of high-end production likely contributed to Rosemy-Jacksaint going undrafted.
Rosemy-Jacksaint also didn’t run a 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine, leading to questions regarding his long speed. He reportedly ran a mid 4.6 at pro day. His physical participation in Indianapolis was limited to a 35-inch vertical and 9-foot-11 broad jump. Both results qualified as historically below average.
The Pompano Beach, Florida native handled himself impressively throughout other portions of the pre-draft process, though. Rosemy-Jacksaint took full advantage of an opportunity to attend this year's Senior Bowl. He routinely made plays in practice and never looked like he didn't belong.

The rocked-up 6-foot-1, 195-pounder is a big-bodied possession receiver who approaches cornerbacks with a physical mindset. He projects as a reliable chain-mover at the next level. Some impressive measurements are present with 33-inch arms, a 77 ¾” wingspan, and 87th-percentile 10-inch hands.
Rosemy-Jacksaint was already making plays at rookie minicamp, endearing himself to the quarterbacks in attendance—including No. 2 overall pick Jayden Daniels. His big frame allows him to be a climb-the-ladder receiver when necessary. This highlight from minicamp was particularly eye-opening.
It’s a wide open fight for targets behind McLaurin/Dotson in Washington & Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint could absolutely surprise this summer.

Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson are the go-to receivers in Washington’s offense. I could see Rosemy-Jacksaint eventually developing into the No. 3 or 4 wideout. He should push Dyami Brown, Olamide Zaccheaus, and Jamison Crowder for a role. The Commanders drafted just one receiver in 2024, using a third-round compensatory pick on Luke McCaffrey.
Special teams may provide Rosemy-Jacksaint with the quickest pathway to prove he deserves to crack Washington's 53-man roster. The former Bulldogs standout is an experienced special teams player. Rosemy-Jacksaint possesses the profile of a gunner who will try his hardest to be the first player to provide coverage down the field.
The Commanders pieced together my favorite undrafted class of any team in the league. This article could have been about any number of them. They were aggressive in signing former Michigan State cornerback Chig Anusiem to a contract that contained a $300,000 base salary guarantee. Notre Dame quarterback Sam Hartman received a $225,000 base salary guarantee.
Other notable undrafted signings in Washington include safety Texas Tech Tyler Owens, USC running back Austin Jones, Virginia Tech defensive tackle Norell Pollard, and Pittsburgh cornerback A.J. Woods. All of them have a chance.
Rosemy-Jacksaint possesses a terrific opportunity in front of him. Pairing his untapped potential as a receiver with his special teams profile should allow him to compete for a roster spot during training camp and the preseason.
